You can expect a large (21 m2 / 226 sq ft) and cozy guest room in an typical building from the 19th century. In your room you will find a writing table, sofa corner etc. Also there are several guidebooks and maps about Munich. The whole apartment is furnished in a lovely and individual stile. Don't expect a stylish designed room but a more personal and homelike stile which should give you a pleasant stay.

The guestroom is situated to the backyard of the building, you don't hear any traffic from the streets.
Kitchen: you can use the fridge and also the dishes and kitchen table. Just no big cooking please.
The apartement is very close to the historical center of the city. In the neighborhood you find a lot of cozy cafes and restaurants. It is also the gay area of the city. The most sights of the city are in walking distance. Also the beaches and parks from the river Isar are just close-by.

Dich erwartet ein großes und gemütliches Gästezimmer in einer Altbauwohnung. Dein Zimmer hat 21 m2 und ist mit Schreibtisch, Sofa-Ecke, Regal etc. ausgestattet. Außerdem findest Du noch diverse Reiseführer und München-Infos vor. Meine Wohnung und das Gästezimmer ist liebevoll und individuell eingerichtet, d.h. wenn Du eine coole Designerwohnung erwartest, wirst Du enttäuscht sein, aber eine gemütliches Zimmer mit persönlichem Stil steht für Deinen Aufenthalt bereit.
Bett 140 m, WLAN, Nichtraucherwohnung.
Frühstück ist inclusive.
Das Zimmer ist zum Innenhof ausgerichtet und Du hast somit keinen Straßenlärm zu erwarten.
Die Küche steht für Dich offen, Du kannst gerne etwas im Kühlschrank deponieren, Geschirr und Besteck benützen, bitte nur kein Kochen.
Die Wohnung liegt im Glockenbachviertel, das ist zur Zeit Münchens In-Viertel mit vielen netten Cafes und kleinen Läden. Es ist auch das schwule Viertel der Stadt und in direkter Nachbarschaft zur historischen Altstadt, dem Viktualienmarkt (großer Lebensmittelmarkt) und den Isarstränden und Grünanlagen. Du kannst sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten von hier zu Fuß erreichen.
